The Par-Tee on Trade event, held recently in Downtown Greer, was an undeniable triumph, perfectly setting the stage for the highly anticipated BMW Pro-Am Charity Golf Tournament. Tasked with “bringing the heat” to this inaugural kickoff, the BMW CCA Foundation delivered an unforgettable experience that captivated car enthusiasts and local families alike.
During this festival of fun and fine automobiles the Downtown Greer was transformed into a vibrant festival ground, teeming with activity and excitement. Over 50 diverse vendors lined the streets, offering everything from unique crafts to local delicacies, creating a bustling marketplace for attendees to explore. The air was filled with the lively sounds of a live band, their music providing the perfect backdrop to the festivities. An array of food trucks satisfied every craving, dishing out savory treats and sweet delights that kept the energy high throughout the day.
And, as expected, the stars of the show were undoubtedly the BMWs. We were thrilled to feature a total of 10 incredible cars, two from the BMW CCA Foundation’s Permanent Collection, each a testament to BMW’s rich history and engineering prowess. These stunning vehicles drew admiring crowds, eager to get a closer look at automotive masterpieces. Complementing these two showstoppers were 8 impressive cars brought by dedicated supporters from the local Sandlapper Chapter of the BMW CCA. Their passion for the brand was evident, and we were honored by the support of Rob Anderson, Bill Stephens, Eric Barnhill, Jake DeMint, Andrew Liu, David Maiorana, and Travis Meloche, whose contributions truly enhanced the display.
This was truly a day for all automotive enthusiasts. The atmosphere throughout the Par-Tee on Trade was simply wonderful. It was a true celebration for automotive enthusiasts of all kinds, a place where passion for cars brought people together. From seasoned collectors to young fans just discovering their love for automobiles, everyone found something to enjoy. The event fostered a sense of community and camaraderie, making for a truly memorable day in Downtown Greer. We’re optimistic that the success of this inaugural event will encourage even more visitors to join us for future activities, building on this fantastic start for the BMW Pro-Am Charity Golf Tournament.
